Around Thirty people, composed of members and personnel of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises de Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI) have just benefited from 07th till 09th July in the Maison de l’Entreprise Plateau (Abidjan) of a training with as topic ‘change management ‘.
This free training was initiated by the Service Department to value added (SVA) of the CGECI, and moderated by an expert international, specialist in change management, Mr. Roland SULLIVAN.
According to the trainer, who has used the SOAR method, he explained to the participants that this method is very trusted and recommended to achieve its objectives. Mr. SULLIVAN was able to make it clear to participants that any change passes first through a change in the level of the human capital of the company and by mutual trust between stakeholders in the environment of the undertaking, i.e. between leaders and staff, but also between the company and its external collaborators. « Change occurs through small group and retracted as a spot of oil to the rest of society, » he added.
The expert has, moreover, always using this same method, allowed participants to bring out the screening they were the CGECI, an improved and optimized, CGECI in the future more or less close (5 years minimum).
This training initiated by the CGECI is part of its policy to improve the performance of enterprises, groups and Associations and the development of the skills of its employees.
