The Chairman of the Young entrepreneurship, Manager of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises of Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI), Pierre MAGNE, invited this Monday, July 13th at the Maison de l’Entreprise to the Plateau (Abidjan), the 20 winners of the competition of the CGECI Academy 2015, to be leaders in their field.
« This Committee composed of 10 Professional and decided to accompany you. Ensure that your companies are leaders in their fields; whether you are the champions », urged Mr. Pierre MAGNE, at the opening of the training assistance programme to the Promotion Jean Kacou Diagou, in collaboration with the structure Entrepreneurial Solution Partners (ESP).
The ceremony saw the presence of the administrator Mr. Kouadio LOUKOU and Executive Director of CGECI, Lakoun OUATTARA. President Pierre Magne explained to the young entrepreneurs to this training, the path to follow to be leaders in their field. Above all, he stressed the fact that the management is something that is learned, especially to be a ‘champion ‘. « You have mentors who are there for free for you, to help you. » They will go into your business and after a year should be your business launched. We count on you», has t – he added.
This training, which will be held over three days, will allow these young entrepreneurs to have notions about the challenges (set the vision for their project), the Segmentation (define the market and the target), and also be put in practical cases, by the method of Strategy Operation Assets Reality (SOAR), to finally develop an action plan.
