The General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI) organizes from 23 to 24 July at the House of the Company in Plateau (Abidjan) a theme on training seminar: « Making the most efficient workplaces by the method 5S « .
The training led by an expert industrial organization, aims to maximize and sustain the activities by improving the working environment, involve stakeholders in the process, implement simple and effective actions and integrate prevention occupational hazards in the organization of a workstation.
The rigorous 5S method allows, through the involvement of stakeholders in improving their working environment, deploy visual organization at the station. It is also a method of participatory local management visual control.
The cost of training is 250,000 CFA Francs / day / participant. Reduction granted from two (02) participants registered by the company (Coffee breaks and lunch included).
Participation in the training session is sanctioned by the issuance of a certificate.
Listeners will be entitled to fundamental theoretical contributions, sub-group work studies on a specific case, the experience sharing, a development of practical tools, case study working group and one case of Video Testimony business
