The Service Department to value added (SVA) of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises of Côte d’Ivoire (GECCI) organizes a seminar from 16th to 18th June in the Maison de l’Entreprise to the Plateau (Abidjan), the conduct of change, to the place of leaders and entrepreneurs.
This workshop on the theme « The change management », including allowing participants to understand and apply the standards and skills of the 23rd edition Sullivan 77 change agent; to prepare, carry out and analyze real-time diagnosis of their working environment; to create and develop a plan on measuring changes that will positively impact their organization; and finally determine and begin using the tools most appropriate change planned.
The program will be facilitated by an international expert by the name of Rolland SULLIVAN; specialist in change management, President, head of the agency specializes in the conduct of change in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
The cost of the training is as follows:
- 650 000 francs CFA pour for public
- 600 000 F CFA members CGECI.
