Activities of capacity-building of the Côte d’Ivoire private sector companies, the Confédération Générale des Entreprises de Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI) organizes the 07th, 08th and 09th July 2015, at House Company sits the CGECI, a conference on the theme: « management of change« .
This seminar will be moderated by Mr. Roland Sullivan, expert international, specialist in management of change, President, head of the specialized agency in the conduct of change in the United States in Asia, in Europe and in Africa.
The objective of this workshop is not only to allow the participants to prepare, conduct and analyze real-time diagnosis of their working environment, but also to create and develop a plan on measuring changes that will positively impact their organization.
The training is completed by the issuance of a certificate of participation. The cost of the training is as follows:
- 450 000 CFA to the public
- 400 000 F CFA for members CGECI.
