The objective of this workshop is not only to enable participants to prepare, conduct and analyze real-time diagnosis of their working environment, but also to create and develop a customized plan changes that will impact positively their organization
The seminar will be led by Mr. Roland Sullivan, an international expert, specialist in management of change, President, head of the agency in the conduct of change in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Africa.
We started a Bachelors program and mastery in « change management and organizational development » with African universities in the West.
