QUICKCASH Enterprise Prize ‘Academy Business Competition 2014″ of the Confédération Générale des Entreprises de Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI), inaugurated on 15th October, within its headquarters, its Call Center with 10 new positions with a possibility of extension that can go to 21 positions.
Under the patronage of Mr. Jean Kacou Diagou, represented at the ceremony by Mr. Joseph Amichia, president of MSMES, the Director General of QUICKCASH, Ms. Patricia Zoundi Yao, held first of all to thank all the guests for their participation.
For his part, Mr. Joseph Amichia congratulated Ms. Patricia Zondi, already shot work and reiterated its encouragement to the young structure.
According to Ms. Yao, the operation from the Call Center was handcrafted, with mobile phones and a notebook for taking claims. « Work was painful for the operators and reduced efficiency », she added. She also promised QUICKCASH will make every effort to satisfy customers who are for the majority of the people living in rural areas.
For QUICKCASH, winner of the 1st prize of the CGECI Academy Competition 2014, the new call center is the result of the price obtained in that competition.
