The Chairperson of the Development Committee of the female entrepreneurship (CDEF) of the General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI), Mrs. Massogbè TOURÉ, invited this Wednesday, May 27that the Maison de l’entreprise flatbed (Abidjan), women to be United in order to obtain funding from the Government and decision-making within the company.

This encounter between the CGECI CDEF and organization NEW FACES NEW VOICES is part of the annual meetings of the African Development Bank (BAD), which runs from 25 to 29 may 2015 in Abidjan.
According to Mrs. MANDELA, to obtain funding for the States, women must work together. « We women, we need to understand that to have confidence; so banks have confidence in us, we need to work together. It is necessary that the Government sees the unity of women in order to help », she added.
NEW FACES NEW VOICES, Mrs. MANDELA President also told women of chapter organization, chaired by Ms. Massogbè TOURE, Ivory Coast that a plan for training programs, will be initiated in order to allow women to be at the head of post’s decision within the company and also a plan that will of « booster women in the different sectors of activity.
Founded in 2009 in South Africa under the leadership of Ms. Graça Machel MANDELA. New Faces New Voices is a pan-African Organization for Women Affairs and the finance sector. Its main purpose, the enhancement of the African women’s elite through including the improvement of access to credit for women; development among women, the spirit of entrepreneurship and leadership and the increase in the representation of women in decision-making in the sector of finance posts.
In its five years of activities and as a partner of the BAD, NEW FACES NEW VOICES which has 15 chapters in Africa including Côte d’Ivoire, the opportunity of annual meetings of the ADB to visit its local chapters namely chapter Côte d’Ivoire for this year.
